Take stock of where your business is now and where you want it to go. Set meaningful goals, identify your priorities and begin building a practical plan for the year ahead.
ENABLE IT – Using AI in Your Business
Led by Tracy Franz, AI Specialist
Explore practical ways artificial intelligence can save you time, improve productivity and make running your business easier. Discover tools and ideas you can start using within your own business.
DELIVER IT – Mindset for Success
Led by Jillian Watt, Self-Leadership Specialist

A day of learning and action
This isn’t a day of simply sitting and listening.
Each specialist will deliver a presentation followed by a hands-on workshop, giving you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned directly to your own business.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with:
A clearer vision and priorities for 2027
A practical plan with achievable goals and actions
Tools to strengthen your confidence and focus
Practical ideas for using AI more effectively in your business
Renewed motivation and a clear understanding of your next steps
One day. Three specialists. A clear plan for the year ahead.
